Rules to follow
1. You must meditate the full time according to the schedule.
2. Meditation practice must be done only in the way instructed by the meditation master of this meditation center.
3. During the meditation period, phones must not be used to avoid hindering your own progress and to prevent disturbing other meditators.
4. Each meditator is provided with a private room; however, under certain circumstances, two people may share a room.
5.All nuns in this meditation center must observe the Ten Precepts.
